Designed for boards, executive teams and senior public-sector audiences that need a rigorous, concise view of a strategic question.

Sessions are off the record by default and written up only where appropriate, with attribution and confidentiality agreed in advance.

The focus is AI-enabled workflows, decision tools and data infrastructure that help strategy teams frame questions, test scenarios, document assumptions and improve implementation routines.

Teaching cases and executive programmes.

Case-based teaching and executive programmes hosted through Alfaisal and partner institutions.

Topics include portfolio strategy, KPI design, ecosystem building, regulatory sandbox strategy and transformation leadership.

Student practicums.

Structured placements for Alfaisal students with Vision 2030 entities, PIF portfolio companies and partner organisations.

Practicums are designed around real decision questions and governed by clear confidentiality and output rules.
