SVL builds a measurement instrument — sector index, capacity scorecard, simulation engine — and delivers it with documentation. The partner keeps the tool; SVL documents the evidence, assumptions and method.
A closed roundtable for fifteen to thirty senior practitioners on a sharply-defined strategic question, prepared with a working paper and a teaching case. Held in Riyadh, or convened in the partner's host city.
A continuing relationship — typically two to five years — combining a stream of briefs, an annual diagnostic, executive learning, and student practicums. Suitable for ministries, sovereign capital, regulators, and operating partners at scale.
